沃尔玛3.36亿元战略投资新达达，共同打造生鲜商超O2O模式

据悉，即时物流和生鲜商超O2O平台新达达和沃尔玛共同宣布，沃尔玛已战略投资新达达5千万美元，相当于3.36亿元人民币，双方将建立全面深度战略合作，将整合各自在O2O到家服务、物流和零售领域的优势，共同打造中国领先的生鲜商超线上线下相结合的零售模式。

　　据了解，新达达的本地即时物流平台“达达”目前已经覆盖全国300多个重要城市，拥有250多万众包配送员，服务超过50多万家商户，日单量峰值超过200万单。平台上包含超市生鲜、小吃美食、医药健康、************等业务，覆盖北京、上海、广州等18个城市，注册用户超过2500万。目前，沃尔玛在中国近170个城市开设了420多家商场。

　　“京东到家”便是新达达的生鲜商超O2O平台，在今年6月份，沃尔玛将其中国线上电商业务1号店出售给京东，并持有京东约5.9%的股份。10月，沃尔玛继续加码对京东的投资部署。据沃尔玛提交的文件中披露，公司在京东的持股增至10.8%。

　　未来，沃尔玛中国的实体门店将独家接入京东到家，并由达达负责全部订单的配送。双方还将在用户数据、营销等方面进行更加深入的合作。

　　新达达CEO蒯佳祺先生表示：“新达达和沃尔玛达成了战略合作，这将为中国的消费者提供全新的购物体验。通过此次合作，新达达O2O平台及众包配送服务将能够作为桥梁，连接网上的消费者与沃尔玛线下门店，为更多的用户提供更优质的商品以及便捷到家服务。
