大理古城消防新规:古城如遇停电商户不得点蜡烛

　　据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，有媒体报道：大理市古城保护管理局规定，从7月1日起，在大理古城停电商户不得点蜡烛。为什么******这样一个规定？

　　从7月1日起，古城保护管理局开始重新申请核发《准营证》，而消防设施符合安全规范，将是经营户申领《准营证》的首要条件。根据消防部门制订的《大理古城经营户消防安全检查规则》：古城内经营户不论经营场所大小，都必须严格按照1对灭火器/25平方米的标准配备灭火器。绝对禁止在大理古城重点保护区内生产、销售、储存、燃放烟花爆竹、火把、孔明灯等易燃物；不得销售、存储液化气、面粉、油漆、农药、化肥等各类易燃易爆品及危险化学品。古城内经营户必须安装消防火险报警系统。

　　《规则》还对经营户经营场所的供电容量基本配置、室内电线及电器线路安装等制定了严格的规范标准，并在附加条款中作出了如下规定：

　　经营户不得使用蜂窝煤，不得使用电炉、电暖气(小太阳)、柴火取暖，不得使用白炽灯，必须按要求定期清理油烟净化器，必须在房屋屋顶安装避雷针，不得使用液体酒精、木炭火等作��火锅、干锅加热材料，停电时不得使用蜡烛。

　　大理古城的名声、防火等级均与独克宗古城相当，大理古城、古镇、古村落繁多，安全保护工作任务繁重，独克宗古城大火敲响了大理古城保护警钟。大理古城很快就开始消防安全大排查，并对古城内2万多居民进行消防安全改造，六月以来消防集中整******灾隐患327处。为了确保古城不出问题，大理市提出了整改系列工作报告，并制定了《大理古城经营户消防安全检查规则》，消除隐患。
