中国查处多家使用******壳餐饮企业，涉及周黑鸭等

　　记者21日从中国国家食品药品监督管理总局获悉，在组织开展打击食品违法添加执法行动中，发现35家餐饮服务单位经营的食品中含有******碱、******、可待因、那可丁、蒂巴因等******壳成分，存在涉嫌违法添加行为。

　　国家食药监总局相关负责人称，移送公安机关并已提起公诉的5家，分别为：安徽省宿州市周黑鸭宿蒙路口店、宿州市埇桥区慧鹏周黑鸭经营店；广东省惠州市惠阳区老铁烤鱼；重庆市合川区小沔镇有名面馆、合川区小沔镇天下第一粉。

　　这位负责人称，在食品中添加******壳或******粉，违反食品安全法第三十四条第一项关于“禁止生产经营用非食品原料生产的食品或者添加食品添加剂以外的化学物质和其他可能危害人体健康物质的食品”的规定，按照《最高人民法院、最高人民检察院关于办理危害食品安全刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释》，涉嫌构成生产、销售有毒、有害食品罪。

　　目前，35家餐饮服务单位中，已有25家被移动公安机关进行刑事犯罪侦查，其余10家餐饮服务单位正被食品药品监管部立案调查。
